NHS 111 is coming to Cardiff and the Vale on the 16th March 2022 at 12pm.
From this date, patients will be advised to call 111 for all medical needs, including access to the Emergency Unit and Minor Injuries Unit.
If you require the Emergency Dental Line or District Nurse services, they will be advised to call CAV 24/7 on 0300 10 20 247.
As healthcare professionals, NHS 111 will not affect the way you access services. Your route to the healthcare professional line will not change and you will continue to call CAV 24/7 on 0300 10 20 247.
