My Health Online Registration
To register for My Health Online (MHOL) please collect a My Health Online registration form from reception or print one of the forms below and return to reception.
Once you've created an account you will be able to use the features your practice have made available, which may include:

Book and cancel appointments - booking appointments online are currently unavailable due to Covid-19.

Request repeat prescriptions

Update personal information
As part of the registration process you will be asked to prove your identity. This is one of the measures in place to protect the information that your GP holds about you. Full details about the process are available from your GP practice.
