If you're planning to travel outside the UK, you may need to be vaccinated against some of the serious diseases found in other parts of the world.
Vaccinations are available to protect you against infections such as yellow fever * , typhoid and hepatitis A.
In the UK, the childhood vaccination programme protects you against a number of diseases, but doesn't cover most of the infectious diseases found overseas.

Travel vaccinations and advice are available from the Nurse Practitioner.
Some travel vaccines are available under the NHS, there are a few which need to be paid for.

Please book an appointment and take a completed Travel Vaccination Form with you. If you are unable to print the form you can get one from reception.
Please note that the Yellow Fever vaccine is not available from this practice.
