We strongly support the NHS policy on zero tolerance. Anyone attending the surgery who abuses the Doctors, staff or other patients be it verbally, physically or in any threatening manner whatsoever, will risk removal from the practice list. In extreme cases we may summon the police to remove offenders from the practice premises.
Most of our services are available on the ground floor and we have a lift available to access the first floor for consultation rooms and meeting room.
The reception desk is available at two heights to allow access for wheelchair users.
The surgery has a portable loop system and mini com facilities available for those who are deaf and are hard of hearing.
We have space at the front of the surgery for one Blue Badge holder only.
We have ramp access to the entrance of the Porta Cabin and we have a toilet with wheel chair access, hand rails and an emergency call alarm.
Parking is available in front of the porta cabin.
