What is eConsult?
 

eConsult allows patients to contact the practice and clinicians for medical and administrative requests.

eConsult is a free to use online consultation platform, which allows anyone registered at the practice to submit a medical or administrative request online 24/7. You just need a device connected to the internet. This could be your phone, PC or you could use on in the local library or at your work place. Our team will then review every request and make sure it is passed to the most relevant health care professional. If you need a face to face appointment we will get one booked in, if not it might save you a trip to the practice. We will always get back to you by the end of the next working day, if not sooner. We may choose to contact you by telephone so if you see a blocked number ringing on your telephone please do not ignore it as it may be your Doctor's surgery.

eConsult may allow you to get medical help without making an appointment or calling the practice.
